Obviously there are times when you can not avoid stress May be you have a high stress job, or we're caring for ailing parent or we have a difficulty with our partner. In these situations it's not about reducing stress itself, but about reducing its harmful effects.
How do you do that? There are few strategies you can take :
Learn to accept, things you can not change
Lower your standart, avoid perfectionism, let good enough be good
Change your perspective, towards the sutiations or events, refame it. For example, being stuck in a traffic can be "disaster" or it could be an opportunity for comtemplation of solitude.
Be grateful. Simply shifthing your focus from what is not okay or not enough, to what you are grateful for orbe apperciative
Cultivate empathy, When you're in aconflict with another person, make an effort to connect with their feelings and needs. If you understand where they're coming from, you"ll less likely to react and take it personally.
Manage your time. Poor time management is amajor cause of stress. When you are overwhelmed with commitments and stretched too thin, it's diffucult to stay present and relaxed. careful planning and establishing boundaries with your time can help
