You must have seen it people are fallowing perfect diet and yet they are still sick. Stress is often the cause. The truth is it's easier to make dietary changes and pop some pills than manage our stress. Stress management is hard. It forces us to slow down, to step back, to disengage from the electric current of modern life even just for only brief time. It asks us to pioritise self-care.
